At RFS we are proud of having ensured the safety of thousands of people in the nigh time economy, festivals and sporting occasions.

Our Events Division is led by a highly experienced team who have worked at festivals nationwide for decades, who have vast industry knowledge, key to the successful delivery and execution of robust Crowd Safety measures.

So why use RFS?

Well, to start with its experience, and the skill set of our events team leaders. we may be a young company but in terms of experience we are old pro's at this, our events team have combined decades of experience leading event security teams, working with authorities and organisers, dealing with detailed Crowd Control planning and data. Our team bring this to the table and work with you to ensure all boxes are ticked and you are provided with a second to none service. It is a big claim, but its one we're confident to make.

In addition to our great management and risk mitigation teams, we have very carefully selected SIA Licenced security staff and stewards, who are vetted, well trained and selected for their role, whether that is a well equipped response team, a vigilant search team or traffic marshalling stewards and more.

We are well prepared and equipped to take on events and festivals of all sizes, due to our large number of licenced staff and our larger extended national network of partners, we are confident and capable of providing a substantial security presence, working with you to tailor and mould our solutions to your expectations and budget.

2026

At RFS we are proud of our development through 2025. This year we secured high profile events throughout the Midlands, from sporting events to a 6 weeks long deployment day and night for Halloween Farm, Back 2 Festival, Pride Loughborough and more.

As we leave 2025, we have so far secured ourselves as the main security contractor for 8 Festivals a total of 12 Garden Party Events, Loughborough Pride and 6 Sports Events for 2026, and we seek to add more.

In Lichfield, Coalville, Tamworth, Burton on Trent, Loughborough, Smethwick and Norwich.

Halloween Farm 2025

Our biggest event deployment to date has been a glaring success. We were selected to provide 6 weeks of security day and night. Such as stewards, security patrols, SIA licenced security, gate keeping and Dog Handling this was a 6 weeks deployment with over 30 staff out. We are proud of how well we organised this, how well our staff conducted themselves and represented us. And we will be back again in 2026.
