You will currently find our door staff in 11 towns across the Midlands.
2026
In 2025 we have built on the success of 2024, by adding 4 extra venues to our client base, as well as retaining good relations with those we already protect, we have developed our door teams in every way, including taking on regional managers to enable us to deal with any issue that may arise, giving venue managers confidence in our teams.

In 2026 we will be looking to expand our door supervision services to more venues in more locations across the Midlands and perhaps further out.

Our biggest impact.
The town of Loughborough has been a particular success story for RFS, our first venues were in Derby and Burton, both of these venues are now closed, however it was in Loughborough that took our business from strength to strength. After being asked to come to Loughborough to provide security to a single venue, we found ourselves in high demand amongst bars and also other security companies who asked us to support them, in no time we were securing almost every venue in the town either directly or on behalf of the current security providers.. as time went on and new venues opening and changes within the night economy of the town led to RFS being the number one main supplier of security staff. We have the most venues, we have the most door staff, we have great relationships with our clients and the local people, so much so we are mistaken for a local company, due to the close relations we have with the people of this town. Loughborough is an example of what RFS seek to build everywhere we are and the town will always have a place in our hearts as we keep ensuring we provide a great service to it.
