Managing Director
Shaun O'Donnell
Shaun is the founder and owner of RFS, he entered into the security industry as a Door Supervisor in 2008, since then he has gained vast and valuable experience in many roles from overseeing large event deployments to important asset protection.
After years of leading industry experience, in 2021 he formed Ring Fort Security (RFS) ltd to start bringing forward his vision for a security business. Ring Fort still being operational with a focus on providing security consultation and security infrastructure. In 2023 Shaun decided to form RF Security (RFS) Ltd, to take over and develop all manned security operations.
Operations Director - Head of Events Division
John Watkins
John is an invaluable part of RFS, and has been integral in our development over the past few years, since being employed in his role as a Director taking lead of the RFS events division.
Bringing a decade of experience working and leading teams at events and festivals across the nation.
Since joining RFS he has overseen the acquisition of large contracts for a number of high profile clients and has built robust and lasting partnerships with event organisers, as well as developing our events teams, event growth strategy and ensuring our team is operationally compliant.

Shaunna Fitzpatrick
Shaunna is a key part of the operations of RFS assisting the managing director in the everyday tasks that ensure the smooth running of the business.
Staff Recruitment Manager - Birmingham
Kevin O'Donnell
Kevin has recently joined RFS, and now heads up our staff recruitment team based in Birmingham, Kevin conducts recruitment drives and conducts interviews and selection processing of potential candidates to join RFS.

Charlie Moulding
Charlie started with RFS at our foundation as a Door Supervisor, since then he has been not only a leading Head Door Supervisor, and Event Team Supervisor, In his role he takes on the role of ensuring staff level stability and that gaps are filled across our contracts. As well as reducing any need for subcontracting staff across all our services.
Operations Manager - East Midlands
Kiren Bull
Kiren has worked with RFS from formation as Doorman and as an Area Manager, as well as today Kiren is an integral part of our operations and is in charge of our East Midlands Door Supervisor operations, ensuring standards are high and our staff maintain a working conduct required by RFS and our clients.
Operations Manager - East of England
Alex Cimmino
Alex joined RFS not long after our entry into Bedford, as well as being a respected Door Supervisor Alex has great knowledge of business development and networking,
Since taking on his Management role with RFS he has overseen the acquisition of multiple new security contracts and dozens of staff, solidifying RFS as a serious security presence in the town and its surroundings.
Vetting & Screening
Georgianna Lucia
Georgie is in charge of screening and vetting of new staff and ensuring existing staff are compliant and details are up to date.
Additionally Georgie takes on many secretarial duties assisting the Director and senior staff.
Events Team Admin Assistant
Tia Millar
Tia is a key part of the background operations of our events division, assisting the Operations Director in day to day tasks within the division.
Additionally you will also see Tia out and about working on festivals and events as a member of the Team.

National Contracts Manager
Tony Draper
Tony works tirelessly as an external contracts manager, liaising with clients to understand and deal with any problems there may be, Tonys role is an important stand alone position, with the ability to draw RFS resources from each department as and when needed as a priority to ensure satisfactory service delivery.
